Two LEDs — spot and wide-angle — at approximately 750 ANSI lumens each, with the wide-angle positioned for optimal light distribution. 1,300 ANSI lumens total. Programmable light settings. Battery indicator with Li-Ion power management. Constant current control maintains brightness throughout battery life. Non-magnetic design won't interfere with compasses. Engineered and manufactured in Switzerland.
Runtime
Lower power settings extend runtime significantly — for example, wide-angle at level 3 and spot at level 2 provides comfortable all-round lighting with approximately 11 hours of runtime. LED and electronic efficiency increase at lower settings, making the 1500 well suited for extended expeditions.
