Return Policy
At Final Frontier Sports, we offer a wide range of products, and our return and refund policies vary accordingly. Please read the following terms carefully. In summary, some items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. However, for safety and liability reasons, climbing hardware, ropes, and slings cannot be returned at any time (except in cases of shipping errors). Please ensure that you are confident in your purchase before completing your order. Note that all Scurion products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. General Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service at info@finalfrontiersports.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or due to a shipping error.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Return Condition
All returns must be in new condition with all tags and packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error.
6. Size Swaps
We understand that sometimes you may need a different size for knee pads, elbow pads, or cave packs. Final Frontier Sports will consider exchanging unused pads and packs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for inquiries.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Climbing Equipment
For liability reasons and your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware, ropes, or slings at any time (excluding shipping errors). Please ensure that you
are confident in the items you are purchasing before submitting your order.
Scurion Return Policy
Scurion lights are typically custom-made, and all Scurion headlamps are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
1. Eligibility
Lights must be in working order and unused to qualify for a return.
2. Usage and Condition
Any evidence of usage or physical wear and tear may result in the item being ineligible for return or subject to a 60% restocking fee.
- Final Frontier Sports reserves the right to make the final determination regarding returns of used headlamps.
- Special considerations may be made for unused Speleo and Basic models, at the sole discretion of Final Frontier Sports.
3. Accessories
Scurion accessories (e.g., headbands, batteries) are not subject to the 20% restocking fee. General return terms and conditions apply.
Apparel Return Policy
At Final Frontier Sports, we’re dedicated to offering top-quality apparel from trusted brands like Black Diamond and Mammut. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase—subject to the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
- Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Important:We cannot accept returns of any item showing signs of wear, washing, or use. Due to the specialized nature of our inventory, adherence to this policy is strictly enforced.
2. Non-Eligible Items
- Used, worn, or washed apparel.
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
- Final sale or clearance items.
3. Exchanges
- Please contact us first to verify product availability, as our stock is limited.
- Exchange items must meet the same conditions as listed above (new, unworn, tags attached).
4. Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return or exchange.
- Upon approval, securely package the items in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items arrived defective or incorrect.
Final Frontier Sports reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not strictly comply with this policy. We appreciate your cooperation, which helps us maintain high-quality gear availability for all our customers.
Return Policy for Scarpa Approach Shoes
We stand by the quality of Scarpa footwear and want to ensure you receive the best fit and performance. Due to the specialized nature of approach shoes, we maintain a strict return policy:
1. Eligibility
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
All original packaging, tags, inserts, and the shoe box must be included and undamaged. Shoes returned without their original box will not be accepted.
2. Usage and Condition
We cannot accept returns if:
- Shoes show any signs of wear (indoors or outdoors).
- Soles are scuffed, dirty, or altered in any way.
- The product was purchased on final sale, clearance, or special order.
- Damage is due to misuse, neglect, or modification by the customer.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as a new order. Please return your eligible shoes for a refund (per above conditions) and place a new order for the correct size or model.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or we made a shipping error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Final Frontier Sports is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Inspection & Processing
All returns are subject to inspection.If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shoes returned in unacceptable condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
