Return Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service at Info@finalfrontiersports.com to initiate a return.
   • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

3. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all Scurion Headlamp returns. Special considerations will be made for Speleo and Basic Models. 

4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items: For liability reasons and your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware, ropes, or slings at any time (excluding shipping errors). Please be absolutely sure of the items you are purchasing before submitting your order.

7. Harnesses and Helmets: Final Frontier Sports will accept returns on harnesses and helmets only if they have never been used and are in new condition with all tags and packaging intact.

8. Return Condition: All returns must be in new condition with all tags and packaging intact. Contact us to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on any returns not due to shipment errors.
